Who we are

This website is run by Orca Recruiter Systems Ltd, registered in England, trading as ORCA IQ. Questions about your data: write to us at the address on the demo page and we answer within one working day.

What loads when you arrive

Nothing that identifies you. We measure page views and which sections are read using PostHog, hosted in the EU, in cookieless mode: no cookie is set and no identifier is stored on your device until you say yes to analytics.

If you accept analytics

PostHog sets a first-party cookie so that a return visit is counted as the same visitor. You can withdraw this at any time from the consent control at the foot of the page.

If you accept marketing

The LinkedIn Insight Tag loads so that we can measure whether a LinkedIn advert led to a booked walkthrough. LinkedIn's own privacy policy governs what LinkedIn does with that signal. Nothing loads from LinkedIn without your consent.

Booking a demo

The form on the demo page sends your first name, work email and team size to HubSpot, our customer system, so we can reply and book a time. We keep campaign tags from the link you arrived on (utm and click identifiers) so we know which campaign worked. We do not sell or share these details.

Scoring a call

If you paste a transcript on the score page, it is sent to our scoring engine to produce that one score. Do not paste anything you are not entitled to share. Our engine limits each visitor to ten scores a day.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will do it.
